Can I use your E-course as an Algebra 1 Curriculum independently for my 10th grader?

I will try to begin adding more practice problems where needed; however, if you find a lesson where you need more practice, please send me a quick email: karinhutchinson@verizon.net. This will ensure that I am meeting the needs of my students.

I am currently working on Algebra 2, and my hope is to have it complete by August.

Karin,
Thank you so much for the quick response. My children are only working on the pre-algebra unit at the moment and had a difficult time on lesson 3 and the quiz. I am sure I can help them with this but I am worried that this will happen on future lesssons. Thank you so much for your help. Happy Costumer Cassandra Eddy
PS. Any chance you will have algebra 2 next fall?

Dear Cassandra,

Thank you for your thoughts on the Algebra curriculum. I definitely understand your situation. There are many students who need extra practice in order to fully grasp the skill.

I will add extra practice to the lessons to help students who are in need of extra practice.

Let me know where you are in the curriculum, and I will try to work ahead of you as I create the extra practices.

I love this site as a home-school course due to its ease of use and affordability. However i do have one problem my children are struggling with some of the material and this site does not offer extra practice pages to really practice and master the skills. I am often trying to find work sheets that offer the same material to use when needed. This is a difficult task. I am hoping this is something that can be added in the future since I plan to use this curriculum with my 5th and k graders when they reach this level. Thank you, Cassandra

I'm so glad that my program has made Algebra 1 easier for you. I wish I had a suggestion for Algebra 2, but I don't at the moment. I am working on Algebra 2, but I think it will take about a year or so to complete. If I find a program for Algebra 2 that is easy to use, I will let you know.

Thanks for responding, my mistake...my daughter is in 9th grade, it's so easy now that we are using your product. Thank you so much. What would you recommend for Algebra2?

Yes, My Algebra 1 E-course is a complete Algebra 1 curriculum and is designed for independent study. I think that your 10th grader would benefit greatly from using this Algebra program. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
